Jackson Lee Kempenich, the son of Chris and Megan (Buchan) Kempenich of Le Center was born on February 21, 2010 at Immanual St. Joseph’s Hospital in Mankato. He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 21 inches long. He joins sister Madeline, 6.
Grandparents are Cindy Schuknecht of Harlingen, TX., Lynn Schuknecht of Montgomery, Don and Sharon Buchan of Le Sueur, Dan and Dawn Carlson of Faribault, and Dale Kempenich and Nancy Sanders of New Prague.
Great-grandparents are Marlys Knautz of Harlingen, TX., Loretta Buchan of Masaryktown FL., Darlene Kempenich, Denny and Carol Houser all of Maple Lake.
Iona Nicha Butler
Iona was born gently into her mother’s hands in a planned waterbirth at home with the help of both a midwife and a doula. Iona’s big brother, Avery, was one of the first people to welcome her to Earth.
Iona Nicha Butler was born on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 to Christopher and Stephanie Butler of Mankato. She weighed eight pounds two ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long.
